Having served prestigious brands such as ITC Hotels, The Leela Kempinski, Four Seasons Hotels, and Hyatt Hotels, his recent roles include Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Resort in Malaysia and Vice President at Fariyas Hotels & Resorts. His expertise extends to collaborating with owners of renowned properties like Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn Mumbai, culminating in the establishment of Amazinn Hospitality.
Sridhar K R
Co-Founder & CFO Sridhar K R is a distinguished hospitality leader with nearly four decades of international experience across India, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His career reflects a consistent focus on results, with a leadership style that drives business performance while nurturing people. Academically, he combines an Advanced Management Certification from Harvard with an MBA in Human Resource Management, equipping him to design and implement strategies, conduct feasibility studies, and establish wellness and luxury resorts. He has held senior leadership roles with renowned brands including The Leela, GOCO Hospitality, Hyatt, and Taj, gaining deep expertise in operations and consulting. Beyond corporate leadership, he has contributed to academia as faculty at the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, mentoring aspiring professionals. Sridhar’s entrepreneurial approach has positioned human resources as a strategic partner in business success. His commitment to sustainability is evident in his involvement with conservation and eco-friendly projects, reflecting his belief in giving back to the industry and environment. Co Founder - Strategic Development Qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 28 years of comprehensive hospitality industry experience in hotel asset management, project feasibilities, financial planning. fund management, fund raising (Debt & Equity), statutory compliances, revenue and cost optimization, financial & operational audits, government liaisoning etc. Worked as Senior leadership positions at Hyatt Regency Delhi, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, JW Marriott Aerocity, Clarion Bangalore, Hospitality Division of Landmark Group (Lifestyle, Max Fashions, Splash, Home Centre), Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Four Seasons Private Residences. Instrumental in successful opening of Hyatt Regency Mumbai ( 401 Keys ) - setting up system , procedures, Internal controls, licenses, integration of various Hyatt software's etc. Instrumental in setting up of Hospitality Division (Mid scale hotels, Food Courts, Master franchise of Gloria Jeans Coffee and Chef Sanjiv Kapoor Restaurants) of ambitious Middle East retailers, Landmark Group in India. Debt syndication of JW Marriott Aerocity ( > Rs 450 Crs) and Hyatt Regency Mumbai ( > Rs 200 Cr ) Project. Managed equity transaction of ILFS for JW Marriott Aerocity Project Managed entire transaction of selling Clarion Whitefield hotel to Lemon Tree hotels.
